Subprocessors
Configured infrastructure, independent integrations and planned providers are clearly distinguished.

Configured infrastructure
Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and security when this site is deployed on Cloudflare; configured Sansora D1 databases and private R2 object storage. Company based in the United States with a global network. The application D1 and R2 resources are configured with EU jurisdiction. Global request processing and provider operations may involve other locations. Provisioned storage is not an enabled customer sync service.
Independent integrations you control
Apple receives requests for public store searches, ranks, hints and listings, and authenticated App Store Connect reads when you connect it. Apple’s role and processing are governed by its applicable terms. AI or agent services you choose and run under your own account are your selected providers; they are not automatically Sansora subprocessors.
Not active in this build
Hosted AI routing and model providers, payment processing, cloud sign-in, transactional email, push notifications and analytics have not been enabled for this product build. OpenRouter, model hosts and a merchant of record appear in the product plan but are not represented here as active customer-data processors. No Slingdrop email, mobile or file-scanning vendors are inherited merely because both products have the same operator.
Changes and safeguards
Before a hosted feature sends customer personal data to a new processor, we will identify the provider, purpose, location and applicable safeguards. A business processing agreement will specify authorisation and notice arrangements. To request information or notifications, email support@sansavision.com with the subject “Sansora subprocessor updates”.
